Supervision in coaching starts in the second year and is a core component of the strategic integrative coaching curriculum. Its primary aim is to bridge theory and practice while fostering a professional mindset. Through supervision, coaches gain valuable insights into their work, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. This process values the supervisee’s knowledge and emphasizes the relevance of their experiences in professional practice. Conducted in line with the strategic integrative coaching model, the program requires coaches to complete a minimum of 135 hours of supervision, along with at least 100 hours of clinical practice with clients.
