High-quality psychotherapy education requires scientific rigor, ongoing training, and deep personal growth. Effective training integrates strong theoretical foundations with practical application, all rooted in ethics and empathy. Through continuous learning and adaptability, psychotherapists can offer authentic and impactful support to their clients

Integrative psychotherapy is a meta-model that synthesizes key elements from classical psychotherapeutic approaches, both theoretically and technically. As a modern, scientifically validated method, it effectively addresses a wide range of psychological disorders, challenges, and difficulties across all age groups—including adults, children, adolescents, and the elderly. It is applicable to individual, couple, family, and group therapy
